At BURLEBO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor-inspired gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure all original tags are attached to avoid processing delays.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
